Please describe the job you want to get done Replace the windows in the second floor of the house, with sound proof windows. The goal of the project is to eliminate sound of cars driving outside (we are close to the highway and busy roads). The existing wooden white shutters (see pictures) should stay (the windows are not connected to them in any way).

The style of the windows (inner white grid) and white frames should be as close as possible (ideally identical) to the current design (see pictures)

When sealing the windows, need to use soundproof/acoustic caulking. (whatever works best to eliminate noise).
